The Financial Conduct Authority is concluding their consultation period on the final version of a new anti-greenwashing rule on Friday.
The new rules will come into effect on 31 May 2024 and means financial firms in the UK will have to abide by the guidelines to steer clear of greenwashing in investments and labelling sustainable funds.
